VYZAR ("VYZAR", "we", "us") provides an AI-powered conversational assistant ("Service") that subscribers ("Customer", "you") install on their websites and mobile applications.
Subject to these Terms and payment of all fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Service solely for your own business on the websites and applications that you own or operate.

Each end-customer who wishes to use VYZAR on their own websites or applications must hold a separate VYZAR subscription in their own name.
New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at signup but is not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial at the plan you selected.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of conversation transcripts, knowledge-base content, and leads captured through your Service instance. We process this data solely to provide the Service and improve reliability. We do not train AI models on your data. You may export or delete your data at any time from your dashboard.
The Service uses third-party large language models. Outputs may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing AI responses and for any consequences of acting upon them. You agree not to present AI output as professional (legal, medical, financial) advice.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms — including unauthorized reselling or white-labeling. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked and your widget will stop functioning.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
